Not an easy going stroll, the path is little defined and not as flat as you would expect. This walk is windswept, through rough coastal rocks, and untouched.

Scala di Santa Regina, Calacuccia
The Scala was the transhumance route for shepherds into the Niolu, This is a great walk any time of year into the heart of Corsica.
La Testa to Ventilegne, Figari
An easy going flat walk along the south western coast of the island, with surprising landscapes. La Testa is an unspoilt area full of wild beaches, protected by the Conservatoire du Littorale. You will see traces of the pastoral history of the area and take your binoculars if you are a twitcher.
Le Chemin du Facteur, Osani
A classic coastal walk into the remote seaside hamlet of GIROLATA. Very popular with walkers, it is in all the guidebooks and it is best to avoid this one in high season. It is a hot walk, but can be shortened by taking the boat out of GIROLATA instead.
Vallée du Golu, Vergio
This is a short walk that will take you into the GOLU valley. You will see hikers on the famous GR20 two week trail heading to their next refuge. There is a shepherd’s cabin called RADULE, the GOLU river and a beautiful pine tree forest.
